Stamping
| Single stamping mold is stamped and formed in way of stand-along multi-station or stand-alone and progressive mold. | .jpg) |
Assembly
| Two or more stamped single items are combined with punch press, pneumatic press and hydraulic press to complete a component assembly. | .jpg) |
Welding
| The necessary positions of the assembled component are welded with ERW or argon shield welding equipment. | .jpg) |
Cleaning
| Ultrasonic cleaner and non-solvent environmental waterborne cleaning solution are used to conduct after-treatment for the stamped products such as grease and dirt. | .jpg) |
Phosphorization
| The surfaces of the cleaned and derusted products are turned into phosphate films so as to improve the adhesion and antirust capacity of coating films. | .jpg) |
Painting
| The phosphatized products are covered with paint and dried through semi-automatic assembly line so as to improve products’ antirust capacity (the paint is non-solvent environmental waterborne epoxy or powder epoxy polyester). | .jpg) |
Grinding
| The stamped products are added with special abrasive material and grinding solution. Due to vibration, friction appears between medium and product so as to remove product burrs and finish their surfaces. | .jpg) |
Shot blasting
| Shot blasting machine, steel shots or stainless steel shots are used to remove the burrs of the stamped products, finish their surfaces, improve surface hardness and eliminate the residual stress generated during stamping. | .jpg) |
Turning
| Individual positions of the stamped products are processed with CNC lathe or special machine. (The working procedures are generally designated by customer.) | .jpg) |
Electroplating
| The surfaces of the stamped products are electroplated with zinc and zinc-nickel so as to improve products’ antirust capacity (outsourced processing). | .jpg) |
